Technical Consultant

• Installation and updating of our software components in on-premise customer environments
• Advice on hardware sizing, network and system architecture
• Creating backup, recovery and migration concepts and carrying out tests with the customer
• Analysis of existing systems and development of customized solutions
• Creation of technical documentation
• Carrying out admin training for customers
• Support in troubleshooting and optimizing system performance

• Completed studies in computer science, business informatics or a comparable qualification
• Sound knowledge of software installation, updating and system architecture
• Experience in hardware sizing and IT infrastructure planning
• Good knowledge of Windows/Linux systems, network technologies and virtualization environments
• Experience in database administration (MS SQL, Oracle, PostgreSQL)
• Professional experience in IT consulting or technical support
