How to lead your projects to success

Installation and updating of our software components in on-premise customer environments
Advice on hardware sizing, network and system architecture
Creating backup, recovery and migration concepts and carrying out tests with the customer
Analysis of existing systems and development of customized solutions
Creation of technical documentation
Carrying out admin training for customers
Support in troubleshooting and optimizing system performance

What you bring to the table

Completed studies in computer science, business informatics or a comparable qualification
Sound knowledge of software installation, updating and system architecture
Experience in hardware sizing and IT infrastructure planning
Good knowledge of Windows/Linux systems, network technologies and virtualization environments
Experience in database administration (MS SQL, Oracle, PostgreSQL)
Professional experience in IT consulting or technical support
