Key Responsibilities

You support the sales department in the preparation of proposals.
You are responsible for customer and service-oriented order checking, recording and processing.
You carry out deliveries and invoicing of rental contracts, individual and system transactions, including maintenance contracts and service orders.
You correspond with national and international business partners, support them and receive the necessary information to solve issues.
You compile and maintain statistics and key figures and are responsible for the maintenance of master data.
You support the continuous optimization/automation of the entire order processing chain.

You have commercial training and/or experience in the field of order processing
You enjoy working with figures and precision and have a high degree of initiative
You are friendly and team-oriented
You have a good knowledge of Outlook and Office tools (Word, Excel)
You are fluent in English – fluency in German, Spanish or Polish are a big advantage.
