We're seeking an experienced, creative Paid Social Manager to lead our global B2B SaaS demand creation efforts. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing, implementing, and optimizing paid social media campaigns across various platforms, with a primary focus on LinkedIn Ads. Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute data-driven global paid social media strategies to create brand awareness, generate high-quality leads and drive pipeline growth
- Manage and optimize paid social campaigns, including audience targeting, ad creation, and budget allocation
- Analyze campaign performance using analytics platforms and create actionable insights to improve ROI
- Craft compelling ad copy tailored for B2B audiences, including headlines, call-to-actions, and platform-specific messaging
- Provide creative direction and a stream of new ideas for ad designs, ensuring alignment with B2B design principles and brand guidelines
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align paid social efforts with overall marketing and sales objectives
- Stay up-to-date with the latest trends and best practices in B2B social media advertising – we are willing to take risks and be at the emerging edge of best practice
Your profile
Required Qualifications
- Minimum 3 years of experience in B2B advertising, preferably in the SaaS industry
- Proven track record of successful campaign execution that drives pipeline growth in B2B context
- At least 2 years experience with LinkedIn Ads platform, ideally some experience with Meta Ads
- Strong data analysis skills with ability to derive actionable insights and help others follow the logic
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English. Other languages are a valuable bonus but not required.
- Fluent understanding of core B2B marketing principles, sales cycles, and buyer personas
- Ideally some experience with Account-Based Marketing (ABM) strategies
