Your responsibilities

Assist in the ownership and governance of Salesforce, CPQ and Certinia (FinancialForce) platforms.
Support system configuration, enhancements, and user management.
Work with business stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into platform solutions.
Support collaboration with Salesforce and Certinia admins, developers, and third-party vendors.
Monitor platform performance and support system maintenance.
Ensure data integrity, security, and compliance with company policies.
Assist in testing, training, and documentation for new platform features.
Conduct market research and competitive analysis to support product strategy

What you bring to the table

Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business, Information Systems, or related field.
Experience: 1-3 years working with Salesforce (CPQ or Certinia experience is a plus).
Basic understanding of Salesforce administration and platform best practices.
Familiarity with Agile methodologies and tools
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities.
Certifications (preferred but not required): Salesforce-related Certifications
