“AI is everywhere” we announced in a previous Doxis News edition. Continuing with this theme, today we’ll be sharing, alongside many new features, 3 exciting examples of how AI is transforming and enhancing Doxis Intelligent Content Automation (ICA).

1. Spring cleaning for your content: AI-powered Fast Starters
Do you have documents and emails piling up that need to be filed in the relevant projects, but you don't have hours to sort through and organize them? Then let us introduce you to our Doxis Fast Starters, your intelligent assistant with AI-powered templates.
Imagine being able to drop all of your documents in one place and a hard-working assistant automatically sorts, saves, and tags them for you in the background. That's exactly how the new AI-powered Doxis Prompt Fast Starters work.
For example, with the customer prompt, you simply dump all customer-related documents and emails in a drop zone in the Customer Workspace. Contracts? Neatly assigned to customers. Emails? Seamlessly cataloged. Reports? Properly sorted. And your to-do list is updated, too. It’s as easy as that thanks to Doxis and generative AI. The first Prompt Fast Starters enhance the Doxis Workspaces for Customer, Opportunity, Sales Order, and Service Case with AI-powered drop zones.
2. Simply take Doxis with you!
Meeting new contacts and building relationships is likely an important part of your daily business. It’s qualitatively so much better to meet in person with business partners than online in a Zoom or Teams call.
With Doxis mobileCube, you can access your documents, processes, and workspaces, even when you're on the go. The clean, uncluttered UI design in our Doxis mobile client makes it easy for you to access your content in Doxis via smartphone or tablet. From the quick access menu at the top of the home screen you can navigate to important areas such as contacts, business partner workspaces, or linked applications. Let’s say, for example, you open a customer eFile. Seamlessly navigating folders and opening documents, you can zoom in to ensure that not even the smallest detail escapes you. Favorites and recently used items are also accessible immediately from the home screen. This means you can keep an eye on all the information that matters when meeting your customers directly.

3. Cool new features for invoice and contract management
Efficient invoice management for SAP & SAP Fiori
Many SAP users want to process inbound invoices in their own SAP system. To make this possible, we developed Doxis Intelligent Purchase-to-Pay Automation for SAP. The Doxis business solution automates time-consuming activities, such as collecting and validating invoice data. While release apps make it easy for you to validate and approve invoices, the integrated invoice ledger helps you to keep an eye on the status of your vendor invoices at all times. It is available in the standard SAP GUI and now also in SAP Fiori.
SAP Fiori users will also enjoy new features that further automate the validation of invoice data. The new learning function “remembers” manually corrected values and automatically applies them to the next case. The app is also able to save various types of invoice designs, so that they will be recognized the next time around.
There’s also something for SAP GUI users in the new release. You can now split collective invoices more easily and adjust them to goods receipt items. For Scandinavian customers, one special invoice feature is the use of international payment reference numbers. Previously, these had to be entered manually when capturing invoices. In the new release, they are captured automatically.
Smart innovations for contract managers
Do you manually manage contact information of customers and suppliers in your ERP and CRM systems? Good news: You can now save a lot of time by managing contracts with Doxis, because contacts from the leading systems can be synchronized with Doxis Contract Lifecycle Management. In other words, Doxis can transfer the contact data of customer and supplier data from your ERP and CRM systems into contracts in Doxis.
SAP, Salesforce, Microsoft Dynamics 365 Sales, and Microsoft Dynamics 365 F&SCM are already supported as standard solutions. Others are supported, as well. This means you can easily select the data in Doxis as a contract partner. You can create a new contract in a flash, preventing typos and duplicates when adding contract partner details.
