Compliance and retention rule settings are key in HR management. With Doxis retention rules are automatically applied when filing HR documents. To react to certain events, the HR manager can extend the retention rule, while only the Chief Compliance Officer can shorten the retention rule to delete data GDPR-compliantly, e.g. when an employee evokes the right of erasure.
