Product video: Connected claims handling

As an extension to the video "Intelligent claims management in car insurance", we enhance the case with an integration into the insurance portal. Here, the policyholder is notified via email and can update all claims information in the portal itself. Additionally, all policy and claim details can be viewed. The claims investigator is notified, on the other hand, about claim updates and can review and take action directly in Doxis.
